Terrazza Munira Trastevere

Great location, great price.

Loved the location! The building was quite charming too :) Also, the staff was lovely & I appreciated the cleaning services, although unexpected and unnecessary, each day.

The check-in process was a little clumsy, and there were paragraphs, videos, links, etc. of instructions to access the property, which was very overwhelming. Not to mention the various 5-6 digit codes for different doors & multiple keys. However, after leaving & re-entering one time, it was quite simple. Something to keep in mind, the property is not exactly "accessible," as the elevators (plural, yes because you need to switch after 1 floor) are quite small and only fit one bag & one person. On the last day, the elevator did not work to bring down my luggage - I had to walk down 4 flights of stairs with bags while my taxi was waiting outside. Luckily I only had a carry-on. However, that is the charm about staying in such an old building & city!

Terrazza Munira was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. The facilities were well maintained, and everything we needed was provided. The host was friendly and responsive, answering all of our questions promptly. The location was excellent, with many great trattorias just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

Beautiful property, perfect location. Really beautifully decorated room, homey, comfortable and terrace is really special and unique for apartments in this area. Such a great place to stay.

Unfortunately, and this is just purely circumstantial - we were unlucky and had loud guests come home in the early hours in the room next door, making a lot of noise for hours almost as if they didn’t realise multiple apartments are on the one level next to each other… it was impossible to sleep until I knocked on their door and not the best given we had a very early flight the next day. Not the fault of the owner of the property. This was the only downside to the place.
