It’s very clean with a great location.
Make sure there is great clarity upon your arrival. Definitely call them a half an hour before you know you’re going to get there. Apartment is very clean, but a little sterile and no view.

Location and also with AC
Would have preferred the prior instruction on how to pickup the key and all before arrival

I liked the location, 10 minutes to Roma Termini station. It was perfect for a very early flight.
The room was spacious, the bed comfortable.
I think it would be useful to receive a message with all the details to find the accomodation because the host doesn't respond really fast.
The elevator wasn't working so everyday we had to walk 6 floors.
The AC is working, but don't expect too much from it.

Centrally located
Heating was not on and the room was really cold. The bathroom was really cold too and showering was particularly hard
