The location was superb, overlooking the Palazzos of the Piazza Castello. Our room had three balconies all affording excellent views. We were close to local attractions and transport. Staff were helpful and the room was comfortable. Check in was handled beautifully by the staff, even though we were late.
Everything was fine, although the ceiling fresco was not to my wife's taste/liking.

Cannot get anymore centre than this. When visiting the Royal Palace we saw a picture dated 1620 that showed our room😮 Hotel communication was excellent. Very comfortable and everything one needs for a couple of days in Turin.
The check-in was a little frustrating as the phone kept going to some holding line, which might have had something to do with congestion associated with the Terra Madre food festival. We eventually got through and easy access after that.

The location is fantastic with easy walking to Torino’s key central attractions. The room decoration is interesting, not modern but suitable to a historic location.
Lack of on-site car/taxi access to the property requires guests to drag their bags from the side street.

Perfect location. Modern facilities (eg plugs everywhere, modern walk-in shower) in old building with original features on ceiling.
