The hotel was very nice for the price that we paid. It was basically like a 1DK apartment, with indoor toilet and bathroom. Toilet and bathroom felt like the one i have at home: it was very clean. There were two beds and others slept on futon. The room is perfect for 2 people, but they can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a convenience store and a ski/snowboard and gear rental shop just outside! We each got a 1000 yen National Travel Campaign coupon from the government for staying on a weekend. The best part was that the hosts were also kind enough to pick us and drop us to Karuizawa station/Prince Hotel Ski Slope, and they also returned our gear rentals at the end of the trip!

The hotel was styled like an apartment building, which meant that the amenities were all inside the rooms. There was no dining room or dinner. However, there was a shared microwave oven in the hallway, with spare cups and chopsticks and kettle et cetera. And a convenience store just outside.

Great value, very clean and the owner was very nice.

Brief encounter with the host as we arrived quite late at night and checked out the next day at 9am. Lady host made an attempt to explain her facility using English. Basic amenities for a short stay. There are disposal ware ready for your use freely

Fee on the high side for very basic facility

staff was very friendly, dropped us off and picked us up from the ski resort, offered to let us borrow bicycles, close to 7/11

Staff good take care, location not far from ski court and have convenience store close to hotel.

Have some a little comment about the dust on the blanket and found dirty on the glass for drink in the room but the hotel have paper’s glass can used replace for the glass in the room
