The location is fantastic with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants.
Property was a little poorly maintained with a tap coming loose from the wall, a drain out of order and significant mildew in one of the bathrooms. There were not enough towels for our stay with no way of getting any more as the host was out of the country. At one stage, something fell behind one of the cabinets and when I moved it forward, there was a lot of dust and dirt behind.

We had a wonderful experience with NY-LON Corporate Apartments. Our family of four fit perfectly in the flat and were able to do our laundry, cook in the kitchen, and relax in the living room or the balcony after a day of sight-seeing. Kay & her staff were very responsive and accommodating! The location was perfect: close to the DLR, shopping, and restaurants. I'm already looking forward to our next stay.

It was a great location with a perfect view. Kay was great and helped us a lot with any questions we asked her. The apartment was big and clean and we had a lot of fun. perfect vacation!!!

The location of the property in Canary Wharf was amazing. Tons of shops and restaurants and a quick train ride away from any other location.

the location of the property was good metro and DLR were like 5-7 minute walkable distance
the room were Preety spacious and the best part is they had 2 bathroom
everything was well organised tesco was just 2 minute walk so I would say everything was so comfortable and good

Wasn’t a supplied breakfast…..loved the area the condo was in.
The upkeep of the overall apt could be a bit better….large windows and sliding doors didn’t close properly, cracked flooring in the bathroom with loose tiles, the freezer was not usable (was totally iced in), the master bedroom bed was so low to the ground, not great for an older person.
None of these things really affected our stay but no dryer, missing buttons on the stove.

Did not expect to have the apartment to be cleaned by housekeeping twice in a week. Most places i have been (apartments) no housekeeping service offered or extra charge.

The apartment is beautifully furnished. The view from the balcony is amazing with a real sense of being in the hub of the city but without the noise of traffic, etc.. Especially at night when the buildings are all lit up. The apartment has two big spacious bedrooms, one ensuite and a primary bathroom. A large living area and a kitchen with everything you would need. It has underfloor heating, which was a lovely bonus after being out in the cold all day sight seeing. There's a big couch and tv that we could all sit down together at night after our day out and watch a movie which was lovely. It's a short walk to the nearest underground station. There's a big shopping centre near the tube station which is a lovely browse. The owner Kay was so helpful and nice. She replied within minutes and also sent on some points of interest around Canary Wharf that the boys might like, which i thought was lovely. Also, the lady who met us Hinna was extremely welcoming and helpful. Overall, it's a fabulous apartment, and i would definitely recommend it to friends 😊
There are only 2 things i didn't like. The first is no fault of the apartments owners, but there are extensive building works going on next door. They are building a new apartment block, i think. The noise in the morning for the boys in the back bedroom had them awake by 8am every morning. You can only hear it in the back bedroom, though, and not the front. The second is only a minor thing, but the sofa bed, unfortunately, was too uncomfortable to sleep on. There were 5 of us staying there, 2 boys in each bedroom, and i had the pull out bed. I ended up sleeping on the couch, which wasn't much better, but it was manageable for the 3 nights.

Well what can I say....Absolutely superb apartment in great location, close to tube station. After busy days of sightseeing and theatre's it was was like our little haven of serenity to come back to, having a night cap on the balcony, overlooking the water and yachts and people watching. Perfect ends to perfect day's. The facilities were spot on, everything you need and everything worked!
Kay was a brilliant host and her house keeper efficient and welcoming. We will be back.

The apartment"s location is great. Located 5 minute walk from Canary Wharf underground station. In a beautiful location above the Thames.The facilities in the apartment are excellent .
