We had a great time at this property. Short walking distance to the great shops and restaurants. Very comfortable furniture in the family room. Kitchen is pretty well equipped for cooking. We made several great meals and also cooked on the grill outside a couple of times. We made use of the rosemary and Sage that are growing in the garden! Great deck area where we enjoyed the wonderful weather and the shade of the trees. It was such a relaxing place to come home to each day. Sarah was a great host too - very responsive and helpful. We’d stay again.

Great place to stay to stay if you want to be centrally located to the northern wineries. St Helena is a great and cute town, but also driving distance within all of the northern wineries, Calistoga and Yountville restaurants. Also the pool is a big plus!

I try to give 100% honest reviews so other renters can make informed choices when booking. My family rented this property for a wedding we were attending at Tre Posti in St Helena. The location for us was ideal as it was less than a mile away. There is a Safeway within a couple blocks and while you could walk to most things in town it wasn’t close enough for us as we had little ones with us and it was to far for us to walk for restaurants and shopping.
The communication and check in with the owner was easy and convenient. The house itself served our needs but the photos shown in listing may be a bit “edited” with a kind filter. The home is an older Craftsman and the house and furnishings are a bit more dated than the photos reflect. It was stocked with all of the basic kitchen and bath supplies and was reasonably clean. The downstairs bedrooms are comfortable but just for renters knowledge there are not TV’s in either of them. The upstairs bedroom was a little warm but luckily there is a floor fan to move some air and it did have a TV. The property is spacious and did have the pool but due to the time of year we were there it was too cold to use. Also to be noted it is a very shallow pool (maybe 3-4 ft deep). The house while close to all the town has to offer is on the main street through town and thus does have a lot of traffic. The front bedroom probably has the most noise from it. It wasn't enough to be a problem for us as we were up early everyday. If you want to sleep in you may want to choose a different room. The house instructions were clear and easy and there was a lot of helpful information regarding local restaurants and even driver info if you wanted to hire a car. Over all we had all we needed.

I don’t know how we landed this place but after so much searching it popped up. It was so fantastic! The location can’t be beat, so much within walking distance (we walked to model bakery every morning) . The house is so beautifully appointed, like out of a Nancy Meyers movie; the backyard is pure perfection (especially with some wine). Great shared living space but plenty of privacy and comfy beds. The host was so helpful and responsive before our trip- didn’t need any help once we were there since the house was in perfect condition and had everything laid out. Wish i could have stayed forever!

Lovely stay in St. Helena
This house is located right in downtown within walking distance to everything. We loved using the pool and bocce court out back. A great location to travel to the wineries. Our only complaint was when we arrived the air was turned off on a day that it was nearly 100 degrees. It made sleeping in the upstair bedroom uncomfortable that first night.

This is a well equipped and comfortable home, and we enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops in downtown.
The weather was quite chilly during our stay in late December. We appreciated having plenty of fire wood for the living room fireplace, but it was difficult to balance the heat overnight between the first floor bedrooms which remained too cold while upstairs bedroom was too hot.This would not be a problem during the warmer seasons. The backyard was very attractive with great amenities for warm weather outdoor activities.There was plenty of off street parking.

Great spot and and wonderful house! St. Helena is a very comfortable town and close to wineries so it makes for a great location. The house is very, very nice. Well laid out. Lots of space to get cozy. The street in front is a bit busy but it's also a short walk to everything which is a bit of a tradeoff. The house did have A/C although the listing said it didn't. Carpets needed some touch up, but other than that a great house in a great location. The property manager was great and very responsive to everything. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful well equipped home, very comfortable, would highly recommend. The backyard was really a nice place to relax. As read in Previous reviews, the road noise was a little loud but slept with earplugs and heard nothing. The location was walkable to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
