The location is excellent, peaceful yet near the center. Free parking right in front of the apartment is a huge bonus.
The bed, pillows and all the furniture is old and uncomfortable. Internet connection bad and unstable.

Excellent location with access to everything eithin a few minute walk. Very close to the ferries. Great view from the balcony and really enyoyed having breakfast there.
Bathroom need an update and also some questionable electric connections here and there. Overall an update of this appartment is needed and could easaly place it as top one.
