Wonderful pool! Fabulous air conditioning (although would be nice if it stayed on). All kitchen equipment we needed, toys and bits for the beach and pool at the villa. A wonderful place!

Air conditioning is on a timer so we woke in the night hot and had to turn back on.

The property would be lovely if it was cleaned and maintained efficiently. Things don’t work, it looks tired. The location is good though .

It was dirty- visibly dirty- the bedding was marked, there were stains on the couch, there were black finger prints over the kitchen cupboards , the shower was rotten. I had to clean it too to bottom and wash the bedding (un matching) before we could sleep in there . I wish I had taken some pics but I didn’t as I was too busy cleaning.

A nice and contemporary house in a good location. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Good appliances, good beds and a perfect host in Damian.

The upstairs solarium was not properly furnished. The BBQ was a joke, and the furniture inadequate. Some lounges, a table for 6 and a proper BBQ would make all the difference.

There was everything we needed in the house. The local contact person was available for us any moment when we had a question or needed something.

Some tiny household details which can be easy to fix.

Damian the house manager was very helpful. great indoor and outdoor space, 2 bathrooms, on street parking, WiFi and beer/wine in the fridge,

useless house manual - no instructions on how to get things working. Aircon/ heating didn’t work but Damian sent an engineer to fix Hairdryer was broken but was replaced main door key/lock was very stiff, thought key might break. we greased the mechanism which helped a bit. pillows were awful sun beds on the solarium were broken Bathroom door jams on the floor when closing it

The villa is great for a family holiday that mixes a great pool and easy access to beach facilities. Accommodation is well designed with excellent bedroom and communal space. The kitchen/living area is great

Nothing except as we did not have a car it was difficult to buy food and drink. We were let down by the local taxi service numerous times.

Modern, nice house, large windows make great effect. One floor designed allows for easy supervision of kids in the pool; comfortable beds; close to the beach

- neighborhood is really bad, house on the house, you feel the neighbors eyes constantly, no green areas, lots of waste - dirty the swimming pool Minors - everything is squeezed, you don't have free space - really low water pressure in the shower - strange smell in the house

This villa is stunning, the pictures don't do it justice! It's very clean, modern and with all the amenities you could require. It's under a 10 mins walk to the beautiful beach and lots of lovely beach side cafés and bars. The area was quiet which was ideal as I was with my two young children. The pool is clean and beautiful (but cold in April!). Lots of areas to sit, eat and relax. The local host was really helpful and flexible with checking in and out.

Honestly, everything was perfect! A couple of minor things is it would be useful to have a couple of dishwasher tablets/washing machine detergent as I ended up having to buy only for 2 washes. I also couldn't locate the chrome cast but was able to mirror my phone screen to the TV so that sufficed for the children. But overall, these were extremely minor things and if you're considering booking this villa, do it, you won't regret it!
