I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries provided were complete and convenient. The breakfast deliciousness & so many choice from international to local food. Overall, everything was well taken care of, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again.
Nothing, all ok

The room is good, clean, n comfortable… BUT…
Totally disappointed with the breakfast.. sooooo bad. Some, taste very salty, or tasteless. Spread is not that good. The quality of the food is soo below average even the fruits or salads didn’t look n taste good. The pastries even worse. I booked for 3 days. N regretted it. will not repeat here & not recommended. This is the only eating place we went in Bandung that we regretted. Many guests didn’t even finish their food on the table

"Das Personal ist immer freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit, selbst spät nachts. Eine Sicherung im Badezimmer war nachts durchgebrannt. Der Haustechniker hat das Problem umgehend behoben. Dann war leide..."
