Location of the Property. So calm

Should have more facilities like air conditioning/heater im all rooms, only 1 bathroom and toilet, didn't have wifi, not enough lights indoor and outdoor too.

The location was wonderful with water views and a walking track at the bottom of the garden. The garden and house was beautiful. Wonderful birds and kangaroos all around. Very peaceful and clean. Everything in working order.

Little muddy out the back, but that was because of the rain. In dryer periods it would be beautiful to sit and take a walk along the river.

It had a nice outlook and the beds were comfortable.

The kitchen was really unclean. The place really needs to be updated. The cookware was in terrible condition, scratched etc. Plates are cracked and chipped and there’s no matching glassware. We had to clean everything before we could use it. The appliances desperately need updating. There was no provision of basics like Salt & Pepper, or body soap. The pantry had a collection of items I assume previous guests had left, like pasta and rice and random herbs, but no olive oil for cooking. Strongly suggest updating the kitchen, or at least giving it a thorough clean (there’s food crumbs in cupboards and drip marks down all the drawer and cupboard fronts, just to name a few issues). Replace all the kitchenware as it was nearly impossible to use it’s so old and damaged. Supply cooking oil, salt and pepper, and body wash.

Beautiful, peaceful setting. Comfortable bed. Most helpful host, readily available if questions arose. Kangaroos grazing on the back grass, it’s that peaceful and safe for them.

The house was.lovely and very well stocked with everything needed. Beds and couches were comfortable. Beautiful garden with lots of birdlife. The kids loved the games and puzzles.

The TV had bad reception.

Beautiful property which felt like hope, very comfortable and peaceful. All necessary amenities were supplied, possibility to borrow a canoe and a paddle board. Great views and good locations - I can definitely recommend!
