e was not enough coffee for even one morning. And the sink leaked. Besides those two things we were very happy with apt and location.

Location was good. Close walking to shops and Frida Museum. The kitchenette was useful for cooking, to take break from street food.

Lovely flat that provides a real Mexican home experience in the middle of Coyoacán. It also is a nice and quiet escape from the busy streets of Coyoacán with lots of shops, restaurants, food stalls and markets.

Very cozy and peaceful place in the heart of Coyoacán nearby the restaurants and cafés. In the the apartment you can find everything what you need. We really loved our stay!

loved the apartment and the neighborhood. it has everything you need. Although it might be a little tight for two couples, it’s perfect for a family of four or more.

Mauricio is a great host always responsive and friendly. the house is cozy and well located.

dont a expect a fancy appartment, you are in an old house with special atmosphare. Not everyone likes it. If you like this style then you are well located.

Really comfortable and homely department with everything one might need (from toiletries to coffee and sugar in the kitchen). It is in a wonderfully Mexican style with bright colors, indoor plants and great antique furniture. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and easygoing. The department was great for staying in and working and the neighborhood is absolutely wonderful and everything is within walking distance. I really hope this place will be available for my next trip, because its much better than an equally priced hotel would be.

The location is very good, it's really close to the Plaza of Coyoacan where all the restaurants are. Walking is like 5 minutes. Also the host is really friendly and at the atmosphere within the hotel area is really peaceful with nice plants and flowers.

The Wifi was really slow sometimes. Also it is noisy as you hear a lot of dogs and cars during the night. And the beds were a little small.

the location in the middle of Coyoacan was great with so many places to eat nearby. Monica and Mauricio were fabulous hosts.

All toiletries and basics for cooking were found at the property. The hosts, Monica and Mauricio, where easy to communicate with and always asking if everything was fine or if we needed something. The location is amazing, walking distance from the main attractions of Coyoacan area, amazing restaurants, shops, the market and artcrafts bazaar. Highly recommended, the place is clean, cosy and very safe.

everything was perfect for my 5-day stay

Location and very good communication and disponibility from hosts. Very gentle and accomodating. Also i leked the fact they offered drinking water and coffee. The kitchen was well furnished. Nice outside patio where to have breakfast, but maybe space where too hang was too small, due the ammount of plants and other unnecessary things.

The house was humid, sometimes in the night we woke up for muld stink, probably coming from the bathroom, where it was visibly all over the ceiling. At 7 in the morning, every day, we where waking up by an old lady that, for about 1 hr and half, was cleaning the outside patio in a very noisy way. It didn t look very clean as flat, but probably because it was old and/or appeared not very cured. It was definitely over payed for what it is, despite the perfect location.
