Our apartment was well laid out, roomy and had adequate kitchenette equipment. Everything was clean and neat. The bathroom was roomy and had everything we needed. A fabulous little coffee shop is just over the road.

We needed to drive most places, as the apartment is set away from the waterfront. The lifts can be a bit confusing, as different ones go to reception, a restaurant that is in the building and the carpark. But once you sort these, it is fine.

The room had a pervasive curry odour and the AC was inoperable. As it was 4:30pm, there was no one on site to talk about this with. Went to dinner on the rooftop bar - which is fantastic. During our meal, there was a black out/ which happens at times. As I was on the floor above having dinner, I thought the after hours number provided would allow me to make contact with a hotel representative as I was locked out of my floor The after hours operator told me to wait until the power came on. When I told him the power company had advised it would take 3-5 hours to come back on, he suggested I go f Down the fire escape and wait outside (in the rain) until someone could come and let me in. It was raining, and all my possessions were in my room. He then added there was not much else they could do. Luckily a staff member came past, was able to let me into my room.

Could not find it, I was wandering the streets and car park trying to find the entrance, finally spotted it. Should place signs in the car park pointing to reception

Easy to find, easy after hours check in, helpful staff. Very well equiped room with everything you need. Quick 5 mins drive into freo or 30 walk. Undercover secure parking included; a big plus ( limited bays)

Only very small gripe was no seal on bottom of shower door so water on floor also drive to nearest supermarket ( one next door on google actually closed)
