Ottimo alloggio, pulito e comodo per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni di Venezia a piedi o con i vaporetti. Proprietari cordiali e accoglienti

Claudia made us feel at home from minute 1. A brilliant hostess, absolutely no reason to complain.

The apartment is very clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms, living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The building is located in a central location that is very quiet and is within walking distance to major attractions, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Our host, Claudia, was very warm and hospitable, she welcomed us with a lovely gift and provided some valuable information on local restaurants. We absolutely loved our time in Venice and look forward to staying here again in the future.
There was a heat wave during our stay and the air conditioning units were on but the temperature in the apartment and especially in the bedrooms was still high. It took a long time to cool the apartment, but otherwise everything was fantastic! Also, just a note about the stairs leading up to the apartment, which is located on the second floor of the building. The stairs can be challenging for some people.
