Greeted by friendly staff and taken to the villa. The villa was private, clean and well set out. The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are open living and spacious. The private pool was welcomed after a hot day out exploring the area.

There is no food available on site so groceries, meals need to be brought in. We found regular grab cars not as prevalent in the area and a lot of time had to order premium cars to take our family out. Beaches, shopping and temples are a drive away.

Sehr nettes Personal und schöne, minimalistische Einrichtung.

In unserer Villa gab es während des Aufenthalts leider kein wirklich warmes Duschwasser.

The staff were very helpful if I needed anything and would rush straight away to make it happen. The accomodation is so beautiful and you get value for your money. It exceeded all my expectations.

Nothing

The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The villa was also clean, and we were especially happy with the cleaning staff.

Unfortunately, the team leader was quite rude and unhelpful. On our first night, we couldn’t sleep because of the noise. There was also a water leak from the sink/faucet area, with water leaking through the pipe. We even found ants inside the coffee machine. When we asked for some basic kitchen equipment, the team leader responded by saying, “This is not a five-star hotel, it’s a villa,” which we found quite rude and unnecessary. Another important issue is that the villa you see in the listing photos is not necessarily the villa you will actually get. This is a large complex with many villas, and you can be assigned a completely different one. The villa we received looked quite different from the one shown in the photos, which was disappointing and should be made much clearer before booking.
