Wonderful little old house in the middle of Husavik. Perfect location walking distance from the harbour and city centre. Plenty of space. Very cosy.

Comfortable house with every supply available for cooking, towels, bed linen and so on. The lovely woman who opened to us didn't speak much English but gave us a warm welcome, showing us around and got the chance for an early check-in to leave luggage in the house and food in the fridge. We could feel the house was once a home and you can tell from any tiny detail they put much effort in making this a home away from home.

comfortable beds, free wi-fi, great location, keybox for self check in. washer/dryer with detergent provided. we rented entire house and there was lots of room. our kids loved the bedroom on the top floor.

We were supposed to have breakfast provided but there was nothing in the fridge except an open carton of milk. phone number provided on paper by front door we could not get to work either calling or texting. TV seemed to have some sort of PIN number locking it and we couldn’t get it to work. Hard to operate shower without getting water everywhere.

We liked that we stayed in an old icelandic house (1895) and we experienced how people lived.

The price is too high 430 euro for one night.

The water smelled awful from shower. Neighborhood run down. Wasn’t sure where to park. Overpriced.

Excellent location. About 3-5mins can reach whale watching centre and husavik whale museum; breakfast provided inside the fridge; had laundry service.

Small kitchen only sufficient for one cooker.
