We had 10 people staying with the size of the property and never felt like we had 10 people there. The kids could do what they wanted to do, and the adults got to relax we got some skiing and got some shopping in. I just had a great time.

This property is great. It is a large 5 bed 3.5 bath in the Stonehurst Manor neighborhood that was perfect for our two families. It had everything we needed and was very clean. I highly recommend this unit!

The property was perfect for our large group. Plenty of room to all sit and socialize, as well as head off to our respective rooms for sleeping! 4 bathrooms was great for a group of 9! Close to shopping and sights. Kitchen offered everything we needed except there was only a keurig, not a full coffee pot (luckily we had brought one just in case). Property manager kept in great contact before the stay and also checked in before we left. We will likely have this an annual destination!

We stayed here for a family event, hiking Mt. Washington. Easy to find and close enough to Pinkham Notch for our hike. Our hosts were friendly and provided all the necessary information for a great stay. Would rebook for another adventure. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay over the Presidents Day weekend. The condo was even bigger than we expected so the 6 adults and 5 kids in our party all had plenty of room to spread out. While there are plenty of great restaurants close by, we ended up doing a lot of cooking and found everything we needed for that. Greg was quick to respond to any questions we had. On Sunday we went tubing at Cranmore, just a few minutes away from the condo then visited the new aquarium next door to Storyland and ended our day ice skating at Nestlenook just a few minutes further down the road! This location was a great jumping off point for all of our adventures. We all thought this condo was perfect for year round fun and we definitely hope to come back soon! Thank you to our awesome hosts!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It was so spacious and easily fit our group, both in sleeping arrangements and relaxing post skiing. Also amazing location to town and mountains.

We enjoyed our stay but was disappointed that the owner charged us extra money in case we had more people come and stay, the people didn’t come and the owner would not provide my money back,

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for hiking and skiing by day (Cranmore is so close for mountain skiing, as well as numerous trails for hikers and cross-country skiing fans) and boardgames with friends by the fireplace in the evening. The rooms are spacious and cozy, the kitchen is well-equipped, the view from the windows is breathtaking. Loved every minute of our stay and would gladly return here.

Enjoyed our stay at this property - perfect location for everything on our to do list! Property is spacious and plenty of room for everyone. Had challenges communicating with property manager making for a bit of a stressful checkin day but did finally make contact and then no issues for the rest of our stay.

Plenty of room and privacy for our group. The kitchen is very well stocked and that was appreciated. Loved having the trails for x-country skiing and snowshoeing so close! We all enjoyed sledding down the hill in front of Stonehurst Manor. We have lots of treasured memories from this trip😊

North Conway Ski Weekend
Have stayed at this property two weekends in a row and were very happy with the accommodations. Townhouse is quite large, very clean, a perfect location for access to skiing, hiking, and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property.

Weekend getaway for 9
This is an awesome place for a big group. We had 9 very comfortably with room to spare. Our host got right back to us with an answer to the only question we had and the place was very clean and well equipped.

Great getaway venue! 4 adults and 5 children had a great family 3 day weekend in well appointed clean roomy home. Can’t beat location. Walk up the hill to great dining at Stonehurst Manor and photograph spectacular views. The sunset was amazing. Air conditioning worked great on a very hot weekend which has been a problem in the past with other rentals. We would definitely stay here again!

Super spacious and well appointed
Our family has been renting in the Stonehurst complex for several years. This year we allowed our children to each bring a friend over the February break for some skiing. We wanted a slightly larger property then in the past and Greg and Holly’s place exceeded expectations. The house was very large and it seemed as if you kept finding new rooms. The house can easily accommodate 2 families of 5 to 6 people each.
Everything in the house was clean an ready when we arrived and it was extremely well provisioned.
It was a fantastic getaway and the skiing conditions were the best of the year. Thanks so much for the great memory. We are certain to return.

I went away for the weekend with my family and stayed at Greg's place. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. It was nice and clean. Easy access to North Conway's shops. Plenty of parking. Would recommend!

Great condo!
This condo is big. Lots of rooms and many beds. Called owner with a few small issues with heat and he walked me through everything. Very nice area. No worries! Lots of tv's . Huge tub in master suite ( which is very nice). I would rent again.

Perfect for a group.
We only enjoyed it for a few hours before starting theReach the Beach race. The unit was perfect for our team. With so many beds everyone was comfortable before the race and were able to cook our own breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen. Walking distance to Moat Mountain and a local grocer, this place is perfect!

We rented this property for an overnight in North Conway… Shared the house with two other couples. The house was a perfect size for us, large enough to allow us all some privacy, but intimate enough to make meals and conversations fun and relaxed.
Greg thought of everything! The kitchen was well stocked with large amounts of plates, wine glasses, etc. and the entire property was beautifully clean.
Check-in was seamless and Greg was always available to answer questions.
We look forward to visiting again, and hopefully extending our stay!

Excellent base for White Mtn adventures
Stayed here with friends one night as a base for a trail running adventure. Clean, functional, well-equipped place with lots of beds. Great location. Walkable to groceries and good food (Moat Mountain Brewery), which is a big plus on a busy Saturday night in North Conway when town traffic is nuts. Hope to be back!
