Check in was super easy! I am always a little worried how a check in will go leading up to a trip but we got the instructions a couple days before with videos and it made me feel so much better! The listing is exactly as described, very clean, and although we could hear when people got in we had no issues with nosies from other apartments. They clean from 10-1 and it was very nice to come back to a clean room. We liked the location as it was walkable to the Vatican for us and we had no problem getting the metro and using buses to get into the downtown of Rome.

The location is very nice close to everything and the price is good. The owner keeps the property super clean and comes in to clean everyday
My only suggestion is just to have additional guidance on how to get to the rooms when you get to the building. Otherwise its great

Very clean and fully equipped apartment. Even though the location was a bit remote from the centre we had no problem commuting with the buses or on foot.
Good communication between us and the host, the apartment was also cleaned daily.
Also the colour therapy in the shower was such a fun touch, we loved it ✨
The title B&B is a bit misleading because breakfast isn't offered, but that was ok because the listing did not include it.
Weird thing is that you're not allowed to Cook even though there is an adequately equipped kitchen, but we were able to use the fridge/ coffee maker/ microwave which was more that enough for our short stay

Breakfast wasn't provided, but we could make coffee in the kitchen, so we had store-bought biscuits with our coffee for breakfast. In the evenings, we used to have some cheese and wine, and it was really cozy in that little kitchen. The host was very kind. We arrived late, around midnight, and didn't have the key to enter the building. We called the host and he let us in immediately. By the next day, we had our own key, so everything was fine.
It’s a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station, which might be a downside for some. We walk a lot, so it wasn't a problem for us

"Das Zimmer war super sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation und das eigenständige Anreisen und öffnen des Zimmers hat uns sehr gefallen."
