Great accommodation in the centre of Buti, perfect for exploring the Tuscany countryside. It comes with private parking and rooms are air conditioned, very helpful during the hot summer. The host is lovely and always happy to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Rita was an amazing host. She made me feel 1000% welcome. She even tried to help me find my long lost Italian relatives. She went above and beyond to make my stay special.
I would have liked to have had shampoo and conditioner, but luckily I had my own.

The location is very nice, it has plenty of flowers and plants around; the room was cosy and well furnished. Especially appreciated is the air conditioning in the room, as well as the cleanliness and the care demonstrated for the guest by the hostess, one of the kindest and most caring people you may have the chance to meet.
The property is exceptionally well connected, being in the town centre, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around.
The presence of reserved parking is also super nice and particularly useful in the busy town centre
