Location was convenient & Breakfast was good

It was amazing. Keep it up

I don’t think

The front-office staff member who welcomed us was very courteous and helpful, which made a good first impression On the positive side, the housekeeping staff was good, and both the bed and bathroom were clean. These were the only aspects that stood out positively during my stay.

There were a few areas where the experience fell short of expectations. I had requested a valley-view room, but the glass window was quite dirty and blurred, making it difficult to enjoy the view properly. I could also hear noise from neighbouring rooms, which raised concerns about soundproofing and privacy. Additionally, there were some damp patches in the room. The lighting switches were quite complicated, with different combinations required to operate the lights, making them unintuitive to use. Breakfast was average. A couple of items were undercooked, although the staff responded appropriately when I brought this to their attention and removed them. The overall taste was also quite bland. Considering the Radisson brand, I expected a much better spread and variety, but the selection felt limited and more comparable to what one might find at a three-star hotel.
