No hay despensas cerca del lugar donde está ubicado el hotel.

I had a great time in Ecuador.The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends

The location is excellent and the staff are very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was OK although I expected more from a 4 star hotel.

This is an old hotel that has not been maintained. This may be partially due to the pandemic but it is obvious that it has been many years since the hotel was last updated. The WIFI was horrible, almost non-existent and unusable. The "kitchen:" had a non-working stove and oven, 3 butter knives and a drinking glass. The "fitness room" consisted of a broken down multi-station machine and one barbell. There was no deadbolt on the room's door and the in-room safe was unusable. As my plane arrived just before midnight and I had never been to Quito, I requested that the hotel arrange a taxi/shuttle. They did not (fortunately it was easy to get a taxi at the airport and the cost was a bit cheaper). When I arrived at the hotel, the front door was locked and the check-in was dark. Luckily the desk clerk was nearby and opened the front door while I paid the driver. Breakfast was OK but nothing special - couple of scrambled eggs, coffee, fruit and bread. At best this is a 3 star hotel if wifi is not important to you but 2.5 stars if wifi is important.
