Very nice cozy apartment, well located in the heart of Perpignan, has everything you need for a few days, very complete kitchenette, every appliance updated and super clean, spent 4 days very relax, quiet area and a super comfortable bed, hassle free check-in and out, and a nice host with always prompt responses, thank you for a pleasant stay, without a doubt saved in my favorites

Told to arrive at 3pm for check-in, no key in box. Contacted host who said we were early and appartement not ready. As it was very hot we waited in the entrance of the property. The entrance was unwelcoming and filthy. Dust, cobwebs, smelled damp and the floor was covered with dirt and leaves. Waited 15 minutes and decided to find the cleaner who was in the building. After a difficult conversation with language barrier and her phoning the host found out our rooms could be occupied. Well, what a shock. The first appartement,1bedroom wasn't clean at all. The balcony was overgrown with weeds and full of old carrier bags. The bed linen was old and faded and damp. The towels provided were only hand towels which were very old and also damp and smelly. The shower area wasn't bad, but the toilet fittings were hanging off the wall. We were then shown the so called 2 bedroom appartement. When we walked in, we thought it was a staff area. The kitchen area had items all over the work top. Looked like someone was living there. The cleaner then tried to explain to me there was an issue with the plumbing. She showed me the bathroom, and to my horror, she showed me the drains were blocked with sewerage coming up the sink drain. She tried to explain that a plumber was coming at about 6pm. The shower area was awful with slimy mould around the shower tray. We were then shown to the bedrooms or so we thought. It had 1 bed and a sofa with a pile of bedding on the back of it. Again, all the bedding was old and damp, same as the towels. The furniture was covered with old sheets, didn't dare to look under those. To say we were very disappointed was an understatement. I tried to phone the host to try and resolve the issue, but they didn't answer. Messaged the host through the booking.com app. Nothing back. We decided as a group that we could not stay at the property in those conditions. Asked the cleaner to phone the host, but the host wouldn't answer.

Beautiful property tucked into a quiet street in the centre of town. Spacious, well presented and clean. Two minutes stroll from bars and cafes. We will be back.

The lock box for keys was ‘fiddly’ and difficult to use in the dark. A second set of keys would have been helpful.

Pretty central...Perpignan is a small city and it was easy to walk around, between town and apartment. Enough to see and do in a pretty little city, and some great days out further afield: Collioure and Villefranche, but other places for which we will have to return, sadly 😁. And when we do, we will only want to stay at this place ! Facilities were great, everything we wanted. And aircon was worth every penny as it has been so warm here. Quiet neighbourhood, close enough to everything.

There was nothing to dislike in this clean town or gem of an apartment. The narrow stairs to the top floor were tough going in hot weather, BUT absolutely worth it for the cleverly adapted terrace: knowing the stairs, I will want to see them again as it means I get the terrace.

The space with the living room and bedroom was very spacious and cool. The kitchen was well equipped

Sadly our bathroom was not up to scratch. The shower curtain was old and a bit dirty. It did not contain any shower water and it often leaked onto the floor/out the door. My partner had to clean out the plug/drain in the shower for it to drain properly. We only had one small towel each for our whole stay and there was no towel for the floor. We found someone else's sock in the main room. A number of the light fittings either didn't work or had exposed wiring at the top. There was a lot of clutter in the wardrobe and the spare pillows/bedding had no covers on them. The photos on the listing are quite misleading compared to the reality of the rooms.

Very cozy with a big bath and a nice kitchenette. The aircondition, the good bed and the location are all very favorable factors.

You cannot acces the balcony because of the bushes. The television was without the TNT channels. No TF2 and 3, so we couldn’t watch Le Tour de France :(

We stayed at an alternative property as the original one had a problem with the door. The new property was excellent, well equipped, clean and spacious. Good location for the train station.
