Room Mate Collection Giulia, Milan

The staff were wonderful--from the concierge team to the restaurant waiters and the location was fantastic. Loved the vibe of the lobby and my room!

I would have liked a welcome drink. The main door closed at 8pm

This is really lovely hotel. If you are lucky enough to book the hotel for your stay it will lift the experience. The range of facilities (ie hamman) is outstanding. I was visiting with my teenage daughter and so the room (basic size with twin beds) was a bit squashy however we were both about to open, hang up, and put away our luggage which you cannot in some hotel. The hotel and the hotel room and both modern in their decor and very attractive. The staff were friendly and also gave excellent restaurant recommendations! I did not realise it but the hotel is right in the building which is the beautiful Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II (although faces outwards of course). So the location is first class. 1 min to Il Duomo and no time to the galleria. There was restaurants all around us. The location was very safe and secure with 24 hour door staff and reception staff. We arrived from Paris by train and had to leave for Rome the next day so for a short but fun filled trip to Milan this hotel was ideal.

Hotel met all needs.

This was a great location with great front desk. Concierge helped arrange an amazing dinner and gave great recommendations. Great location for shopping as well.

Room set up with closet was a little funky. But was manageable.

Die zentrale Lage.

Unsere Zimmer waren im 6. Stock unter dem Dach, die Lüftungen waren ununterbrochen sehr laut. In einem der Zimmer war in regelmässigen Abständen ein unangenehmer Geruch.
