The establishment were clean, and comfortable and with an awesome view! The bed was nice and big and super comfortable. You could see the water from your bed! We really enjoyed our stay, but due to issues regarding steps, etc would not return.

The kitchen" area was outside on a verandah (stoep) which would be nice during summer, but a bit cold for using in the winter time. Also something that was not nice - you have to go outside to get water for the kettle everytime you want to make some tea or coffee. We struggled to use the kettle to fill it in the bathroom. There was also a tiny step at the door which was not ideal. The steps were also not favourable for older people or people struggling - it was not lit up properly either.

Quiet location and excellent view from the room of the lake.

After the severe storm the previous week the lights for the many outside steps were not working. It created a dangerous use of the stairs. The internet for the TV was also not working hence no TV for a two-night stay.

Der Charme und der Ausblick der Unterkunft

Nichts, alles war super!

The views are stunning and the location is great The owners are very friendly and hospitable There are lovely stacker doors in the lounge and bedroom. Birdlife is amazing . The unit we had were really private and we appreciated the lush vegetation in the garden

The internet is slow if you want to work from there and the one evening Netflix didn’t work, we got locked in when we close the toilet door - got stuck every time. The stacker doors in the bedroom didn’t work. No wash basin in the unit for dishes as the kitchen is outside the unit which is ok in summer but inconvenient. The bathroom tap needs a fix and the plugs at the desk didn’t work. A WhatsApp message to check us in and out would have been appreciated
