My stay at this apartment was exceptional. Everything I needed for a very comfortable stay, including all kitchen/washing and bathroom facilities. I was even provided with a very nice decorated Christmas tree, which was very much appreciated. Apartment was very clean with plenty of towels, sheets etc, air con if needed. I don't think you will find a better location, close to everything in Valletta with an amazing view from the Balcony directly overlooking Birgu and the 3 cities. Also 5 min from Gozo/3 Cities ferry terminal and 10 mins from main bus station. I was Very well looked after by hosts, I managed to loose my key evening of NYE, I had a new one in my hand within 30mins. I would definitely recommend and return.

The location.

The balcony as viewed on the photograph appears larger, you could not sit out on it. The dampness in the apartment and that there was no mention of the steps to get to the bathroom, very difficult for older or disabled people. We knew we had to vacate the apartment at 10:00 but at 09:45 there was an attempt by a worker to gain entry to make repairs. Subsequently found out that they were there because of leaks which we had not been informed about.

Lovely apartment and perfect for a couple. Great location and the host was extremely helpful. We would recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

The bathroom is up a couple of steps, so you just need to be careful.

Well set up with everything you need. Good kitchen and washing machine.

Tricky with baggage up narrow flight of stairs and bathroom up step. No problem for me but might be for others. Also down lower in Valletta so several flights of stairs up to main area.

The apartment is in a very bad condition. Water is leaking. Power outage. Paint is falling off the wall. Not worth the money.

Cleanliness was good. View was terrific. Price was OK, I think.

Linens were worn and pillows were terrible. Both should be replaced. Did not expect the steep, narrow steps up to the one room studio. Funky furnishings but, damn, those steps were frightening -- especially with luggage.

Brilliant view from balcony. Excellent location and very easy to get to centre of city as you didn’t mind steps. clean and compact apartment but with everything you needed. Prompt communication with host who arranged taxi for us for our very late arrival. Taxi driver knew the property and even opened the door for us.

It did have a number of stairs on entry but was worth it for the view. Water and milk for arrival would have been useful as we were so late. However we did not ask for this so not a fault.

The view was fabulous. First class. Great location for Valletta Town and the ferries.

The bed linen was old and unattractive. Not good for a proper sleep. Need some extras like a drawer for clothes, terrace furniture, coffee pot and clothes drier.

Clean and perfect central location. Apartment is right in the heart of Valletta. Amazing views of the Harbour from the balcony. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Taxi driver had keys to the apartment. Views were to die for. Very Central in Valletta. Plenty of Cafes & Bars most have descent prices for food & drink

Just the steep steps,and Shower room could do with an anti slip mat & handrails. Being O A P it would have helped.
