The location was wonder. The place was nicely done but the pictures on the website are not exactly the same as what we stayed in. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a little too firm for our taste. The place was clean. Quiet for the most part except for the occasional neighbor noise. Our towels all got wet by accident and they arranged for a fresh set the day after I requested them.

The property management did not give us access to the apartment at our agreed upon time. I had to send them a couple of reminders that we were waiting for the code to access. But it only ended up being 20 minutes late beyond check in time. However, I did ask if we could check in early, so we had a few hours to kill.

Location is great with the Firenze SMN station only a 4 minute walk away. Basilica Santa Maria Novela is only 8 minutes walk and Duomo is 15 minutes walk so it is all very close.

Check in was quite late at 4pm so compared to most venues or hotels we had to wait a but longer.

Such a beautiful place to stay. The furnishing, decor was really well thought out. I loved our stay.

A little further out from the main city centre than we would’ve liked and did feel a bit unsafe at night.

Very good bed. Good location. Nicely decorated apartment.

Property was advertised as having a city view. The window was much smaller than we assumed and the ‘view’ was the wall of another building across a narrow street. We found the apartment quite dark. Check in was confusing. Codes were not sent on time and though that may have been due to technology glitches (they claimed they sent them by email and WhatsApp the day before but weren’t received by us) we were still left waiting out on the street at check in time wondering how it was all going to work. Had to buy my own soap as dispenser in bathroom was empty. I’m sure they would have provided it but I just couldn’t deal with the confusing communication anymore so dealt with it on my own. Then we had less than 24 hours notice that workmen would be coming into the apartment in the morning to install shutters. In general it felt like most of the communication was about their requirements regarding the property and not much information that would have been helpful to us.
