Residence Silvia

Very spacious apartments, with large bedroom and ensuite shower room, plus additional living/ dining room and well equipped kitchen. We used four rooms over two visits and even the top floor ones had space and sky-light curtains. Ski store or bike and some covered car parking in the basement.

Doesn't have own restaurant, but it's cafe can provide breakfast. But good artisanal shop for food is adjacent, also a bakery with a full supermarket 5 mins away in pedestrian area with many dining choices.

An underground car park was in the basement of the Appartment, very convenient in bad weather. The appartment has a huge balcony with table and chairs. The kitchen was well equipped, so breakfast and meals could be prepared inside. Beds were comfortable. In the bedroom was also a small Suana!! we did not use it, because we had very good weather, but in wintertime it may come very usefull. The view was partly to the town and partly to the mountains. Bathroom has good seized walk-in shower with glass door. The appartment is very clean. There is also a lift in the building. You can take a breakfast in the cafe downstairs if you want. We did not have much contact to the personal because everything was good! The tourist office is about 100m across the street. Bakery and supermarkets are in a distance of less than 200 meters. Public bus stops is right in front of the Appartment.

Like alomost in every hotel or appartment in the bathrooms is a lack of hooks. But that's about all.

Very good place with amazing view!

The location was excellent, right in the center of town and walking distance to the train station and bus stops. I was in Silvia's Little Apartment, and it was so cute. Had everything I needed for a week-long stay and cooking my own meals. The room and furnishings were a bit on the older sider, but it was very clean and functional. I really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the building and lots of extra towels, pillows, toilet paper, and soap. A great supermarket was right down the street. The staff at the hotel from desk were very friendly and helpful. They loaned me trekking poles for two days at no extra charge.

The apartment got quite hot during the day, and there was no air conditioning. However, the temperature dropped at night, and I was able to cool off the room with the fan provided. Wish there was a balcony or lower window, but you can't have everything at a lower price. The elevator was super slow.
