Location

With 2 queen beds the room was pretty small. We reserved a king bed but arrived 15 minutes before check in time. We were given the standard excuse and accepted the queen beds. My bad!!

It was our first time staying at this location and we loved it, It was clean ,staff was great, and breakfast was delicious.. We will for sure stay again.

We can't say nothing we didn't like .

Que en el área de NO FUMAR estaban unos chicos fumando mariguana y no les dijeron nada y era muy desagradable el olor.

We did not take it

It was so sad to see that none of the staff members were actually interested in helping us. We did not get any fresh towels nor hangers until the fourth night, and only because we practically begged for them. The room was never done during our whole stay of five nights even though we requested it every morning. The manager never contacted us but our room number was taken every morning with the "we're sorry" and "we understand" and the promise of getting what we needed... One sure thing, never coming back. A lot of brand new and clean hotels in the area so we switched to a different one (Ayres) and we were so happy to stayed there!
