The room was not sound proof, i was able to listen people talking in the next room. This was the only thing i didn’t like.

We have stayed 3 nights in the hotel and had excellent experience. Hotel is well located, the rooms are very clean, breakfast was great with big variety of food. The reception staff is very nice. Thy provide good value for the price. I can only recommend this hotel.

In the 6 floor, we heard the call to prayer from the mosque. But nothing bad, it's a Muslim country, takes only couple of minutes.

Good breakfast with lots of choices.

The location is central but so crowded. You need to take the bus or tram to touristic attractions. Noisy area. Don't recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday as you spend lots of time in transport. Booked a superior room, 20 m2, but got another small room. So don't expect to get the room you see pictures of on booking.

It's a modest hotel in the Aksaray area, the surrounding area is swamped with similar small hotels. This one had renovations in more recent days, key card entry, rooms were clean, main bulevard entry. Staff was polite and helpfull, speaking good english. Very close to the airport bus shuttle. The area is local so plently of good price food and stores. Cash only many places. The hotel breakfast is modest and i'm not a big fan of carbs, lots of cards in many shapes. It's just a small walk to Grand Bazar, I visited on foot everything. For Taksim party area/Galata towere, take taxi.

I like the area as a personal preference, i dress modestly and simple myself while looking to copy what locals wear on the street, but some might not fit well in that neighborhood. It's a workers housing area, lots of ethnicities and colors, a dormitory neighborhood for the low to mid working class, some working girls here and there, some dice playing, it's not confortable if you don't blend in to fit in, you will stand out and might draw unwanted attention following you.

There was no bread at the breakfast that started at 7.30h. They said that the bakery didn’t delivered to them the bread yet, but when we leaved at 8.00 the bread has came.

Position is great.

Breakfast very very poor and the room was full of hair. Bathroom was incredibly small.

Really good location, tram T1 and metro 5min away, I loved my stay in this hotel, the personal is so kind and so generous really, they made our stay just unforgettable Special mention to Irem, İbrahim, Ömür, Eyyüb, Aleyna, they are the best! The breakfast was really good, with a lot of varieties! I really recommend this hotel, the room was spacious enough I slept so well and the sauna and hammam are included it was so nice! They also offer water bottle so it’s really good ! Don’t hesitate to go there! I will certainly come back again !

The room was cleaned but there were some stains on the carpet and on the sofa.. the toilet paper older was broke, and the bathroom was a little small but functional, breakfast would be perfect if the juice was fresh.

Good location, few meters from tram station and the Aksaray metro station, five minutes walk to Marmaray train station and less than 10 minutes walk till the ferry port. Excellent view from the window (if you like to watch a crowded, typical street of Istanbul). The noise of the street was not present in the room. we enjoyed the breakfast, and the possibility to use the Turkish bath and the sauna (we did not test them, probably both are free of charge).

Actually, pretty much everything was OK. Very good price quality ratio. Still, is small hotel, do not expect 5* services/facilities.

Breakfast was good and tasty, the omelette was very good in particular, also the fries. We usually went down to eat at 10 AM and we always found an empty table. I didn't like the coffee, it felt like I drank water with something in it but anyway I don't drink coffee that often haha, the hot chocolate was very tasty. We had a Junior Suite which was just like in the photos, it had a nice view and enough room. Housekeeping was done everyday, no problem about that. The location is great, you have an exchange center with good rates right outside the hotel, a shop where you can buy whatever you need, KFC and McDonalds right outside and Yenikapi Metro Station/Marmaray Station within 5 minutes walk. Close to the bazaar, 20-30 minutes by walking.

One downside is that we only had apple juice available at breakfast (there is a juice dispenser that pours water when you try to get orange, peach or cherry juice, that happened everyday for our entire stay of 1 week). We had a misunderstanding regarding our Suite, we found out that it was not available for the first night of our stay and that we will get it the next day. I understood the fact that it was a busy season (Ramadan etc.) but I felt like I didn't get what I was supposed to receive for the money that I paid. We slept in a standard room and next day we got the Suite, the nice lady from Reception was kind and did a good job. Overall not a huge deal but I wanted to mention this just so they are more careful in future, especially since I texted the hotel that we will have a late check-in because our flight got delayed.
