The room was spacious and well appointed. We didn’t eat at the property as dinner wasn’t available the first night but the owner was lovely and dropped us to a local restaurant and collected us after we had finished. The pool was lovely and very clean and the gardens lovely.
The only small issue was the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

Massive thank you to Isanka and his family for making us feel so welcome and comfortable. We loved this place. It was clean , comfortable, close to lots of restaurants and shops. We did a safari with Isanka and it was a highlight of our trip. Our kids used the pool multiple times per day and the breakfast was so delicious! Thank you Isanka and family. You have a special place.
Nothing!

Isanka and his family were lovely hosts. We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was great, the hosts ask you what time you want it the night before.
The window in the bathroom needed replacing, this caused mosquitoes and a lizard to come into the room - we didn’t mind massively.

Location is great. Only 7 minute drive to the Lion Rock.
Staff is super friendly and accomodating.
Very quiet area. Close to a road, but not many cars.
Breakfast surprisingly good.
Rooms quite moldy. Marks on the wall and unpleasant smell. Not dangerous or unbearable, but sensitive people should be aware.
Lots of ants in the bathroom.
Bad shower pressure (which must be expected for budget hotels in Sri Lanka).

"Alle waren super hilfsbereit! Das Essen von der Tochter war auch super lecker. Nehmt seine Hilfe an, er kennt sich super aus. Und das alles zu einem mehr als fairen Preis."
