The host Don was excellent. Met us on arrival , explained everything. Home from home facilities. Quiet residential area.

Location a little off the main so if you dont have a car it can be difficult to walk to if your mobility is poor.

I just needed a base from which to conduct my activities, and Annjenn provided it. This was my fourth stay at Annjenn. I particularly like the veranda at the back of the property, which is very private. The apartment is very spacious. The housekeeper is pleasant and helpful, as is the owner. I am likely to stay there again.

Spotlessly clean Walking distance from the coastal road and Oistins and even the Massey's Supermarket. 7 mins walk to Welches beach which was wonderfully quiet(early February) with only the odd surfer. We needed somewhere serviceable to stay for a few days and get our bearings before moving on to the resort where we were going to spend the rest of our holiday who were arriving from other countries. It is good value for money.

I am fairly fit and happy with the steep uphill climb coming home but it was a barrier for older members of the party. And the lower ground apartment we stayed had no pleasant views to serve as a distraction.

Taxi driver had difficulty finding this place. They were lovely apartments and host really accommodating giving us a late check out as had late night flight back home but apartment a bit out of the way

Kitchen could do with more containers for food as a self catering apartment could prepare anything and store in containers. Had to buy some. Shouldn’t be doing that in a holiday.

Host was very helpful and friendly and communicated with me before we arrived. He was away but the lady he left in charge, Esther, was amazing. So friendly, helpful and accommodating. Checked in on us to make sure everything was ok and we were happy. Offered to take us to the shop for essentials when we arrived, just generally made you feel welcome. Great having washer and dryer there. Real home away from home, will stay again.
