Very cosy apartment. Everything you hoped for in one place. You have there everything you need. Few second walk and you can visit shop to buy fresh food. And if you do not want to cook, there is restaurant on the other side of the road. Sadly the beach nearby is not good for swimming, stones are everywhere. But you are just 10 minutes from one of the best beaches. Not to mention you have unlimited access to the pool in front of the balcony :) A lot of parking space. The host gave us good suggestion on car rental. And on last day when our flight was at the evening, he let us stay in different apartment at the pool so we did not have to worry about anything!

General maintenance needed in shower room. found loose sealant and plug hole was bit blocked.

was not aware that shampoo and shower will not be provided. In the villa, the cushions were not clean (V2 I think)

The apartment has a beautiful few to the ocean and to the pool. It is quite spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped and the cleaning ladies came every day (except on Sunday) - all together very recomendable, simply beautiful 😍

The management company we very very friendly and responded to our requests quickly. They worked hard to get us a late checkout but in the end we did not need it.

The whole property was very tired and not very clean even tough cleaners came everyday. My wife washed the bed linen as there was marks on it. The corners and edges of the room we dirty and dusty. The seemed to only clean what they could see, for example the propped open the bedroom door when cleaning which meant that they never cleaned the back of the door. The owners need to invest some money as the settees and outside seating were all marked and old and as there were a litter of cats that slept on them overnight we didnt fancy sitting on them anyway. We assumed the pool didnt have a filter, and leaves and dirt would blow into it... a pool man came everyday but we only realised there was a filter when he switched it on the day before leaving! Access to the beach was difficult as the steps didnt reach all the way down so you had to jump which is not ideal if you are physically impaired. The beach is not great and you would need to travel to other beaches to have a swim.

Very well managed by Soobhug and team. Perfect for me to enjoy swimming and excellent massages by Nishta. Comfortable homely apartment

apartment doesn’t look like the pictures everything in the apartment is old and worn the apartment and the dishes are not clean at 9am when we wanted to have breakfast an employee walked around the garden where we were sitting with a noisy, fuel driven, leaf blower! the ocean looks nice, but it’s not possible to go swimming at the beach in front of the pool

Really enjoy our stay there, apartment is prefect for short stay with (or without) kids. The pool is large and the view from it is perfect for nice photos.

Just be aware that the best swimmable beach around is 1.5km up the north so better have a scooter or a car. The beach just in front is nice but not swimmable, there is still a swimmable beach 100 meters from the property but not as stunning as the Trou au Biches one 1.5km up the north.

Wonderful view over the sea. The appartment was spacious and well furnished.

The kitchen was smaller than expected. The fridge doors did not seal and needed replacement. The oven was difficult to work and did not seem to be functioning efficiently even after we downloaded a manual

It was a very nice property, enjoyed it all round.

Location is very nice, directly at the beach. Right in front the beach you can't swim cause of the rocks, but left 200m there is a nice beach to go swimming, espacially for small kids, snorkeling is possible as well. The infinity pool is great, with great view to the sea, we had an appartment directly in front of the pool with amazing views. A rental car is very useful to dicover the island etc. also to go the supermarket, shopping, i recommend grand baie für supermarket (super u) and für shopping (15 min by car). Top beach with calm and shallow sea also for small kids (our daughter is 3 years old) is mon choisy public beach (7 min. by car) and top for snorkeling is la cuvette beach (small, but great). The accomodation ist safe, also safe deposity box in the room, we had a very nice stay. Special thanks to the facility manager Soobhug, he is very friendly, helpful an knows what he does! My recommandation: go to the telecom shop in Triolet and buy a local sim-card. it costs 10€ with unlimited data for 1 month, 4G is excellent there. Also the wi-fi in the accomodation is great, also for streaming...

We really liked - the concierge- Soobhug was AMAZING.. he helped with everything and did so with the biggest smile , and was available any time of day or night - the apartment is very spacious - nice big couch and great balcony - beautiful view through the palm trees to the sea- we were in the best apartment- B4 - comfortable bed in main bedroom - good amount of cupboards - air conditioning in all the rooms - amazing swimming pool and sun lounges

We didnt like - 1. That we were so far from the swimming beach Troux aux Biches - we needed to take a taxi there and back which was MUR 500 every time ( 25 min walk) 2. When we arrived there were a number of things that werent working - the WiFi, the toaster, the ice machine, a few door handles - but Soobhug had these fixed immediately 3. The ceiling fans were very rusted and felt nervous using them ( air conditioning was working though) 4. Drinking Water is not provided and needs to be bought 5. 2nd bedroom beds were not comfortable and cupboards had not been cleaned , as the previous peoples items were still in them

Great view, great pool, quiet beach. The lounge and kitchen area were big and comfortable - as well as the outside area. WiFi worked well, which isn’t common in Mauritius, so that was very pleasing. All in all a great stay.

The main bed was extremely hard, and wasn’t very comfortable. The kitchen could do with more cupboard space, almost all the kitchen cupboards were locked by whoever owned that unit which was a bit frustrating when there was so much other storage in the apartment.

Very clean, very friendly staff. Excellent terrace with a wonderful view, a dining table, even an electric barbecue great for cooking meat. Great pool and sun beds, great garden. Constant housekeeping. Big apartment.

Various small things need fixing (garbage bin footpress not working, the sink was very shaky, the terrace sunbed pillow had some mold). The staff constantly comes knocking on your door every day, you can't rest in the afternoon, either housekeeping, or bringing you news, bringing you various messages, weather reports, etc. The beach isn't that great, no nice sand to stay on it.

Brilliant pool with great beach location.

The cleaners were always in a rush and did not clean thoroughly. On the second last day they did not clean the gas BBQ from the previous fatty chicken use. We had to buy our own toilet paper as not enough were supplied. We had to ask for clean towels on day 4 during our 6 day stay.

We liked very much to stay at this spacious, comfortable Beachfront Suite on the first floor overlooking the sea. Large rooms, terrace and bathroom, kitchen and all nicely modern furnished. It was a pleasure to first take a swim early morning in the pool, then just go outside thegarden gate to swim in the sea in front, away from the more busy beaches at Trou aux Biches. The concierges and the gate guys were very friendly and helpfull all the time. On our arrival we had an almost flat tire and the person in charge there change it for us, which was so very kind. We were really happy there and will recommend it to anyone. Hopefully to come back one day.

The staffs there were really friendly and helpful, even the security guard during day and night were super helpful in advising us where to have diner. The rooms are very clean, bed are very comfortable and the apartment is well equipped and love the balcony pool view. Thank to Sarah and Wendy for their professionalism and for the late check-out. It was a very good stay.
