Abraham Tel Aviv

Central location, close to subway station. Good kitchen and spacious dining area that serves as an excellent place to socialize and/or use a laptop. Good breakfast. Decent rooftop. This wasn't my first stay at this hostel, I've lost count of how many times I've been there.

They've started to demand that guests pay a deposit when checking in, using a credit or debit card, no cash accepted. This is very inconvenient for many travelers. There were roaches in the kitchen, a thorough fumigation is overdue. A hostel is a hostel, the quality of the experience depends to a large extent on the roommates.

The location is excellent, just next to the Red tram line. Also, it is close to Rothschild Boulevard and other main places in Tel Aviv if you wish to have good coffee and food or to wander around. The breakfast is good. The hotel has a nice balcony, but the pub was closed when we were there during the holiday. The pool table is good for meeting new people. The hotel was honest enough to tell us about an issue in advance, and they were also responsible enough to compensate us for it, so I see that as a positive.

Breakfast could be improved slightly, but overall it was satisfactory.

THEY OFFER CONTINENTAL TYPE of BREAKFAST. ROOM IS NICE AND location is very accessible in the city and to the beach.

30 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand ist echt OK. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe, 15 Min. zum Carmel Market (sehr touristisch und teurer als in der Umgebung. Zu Fuß kam ich überall gut hin, laufe halt gerne auch mal 1 Stunde. Das Abraham Tel Aviv ist für den Preis echt OK. Frühstück war auch gut. Einziges Problem, es war immer nur eine Kaffeemaschine am Laufen. Das gab echt Stau.

Zwei funktionierende Kaffeemaschinen wären echt gut. Und es gab keinen Humus.
