Room was clean and tidy

on site restaurant closed during the weekdays

We didn't have breakfast but had the buffet dinner both nights and it was great. Excellent customer service by the lady at the bar all weekend. Love the destination a great place to unwind. Not over crowded at all.

If the outside balcony lights had a switch to turn off was bright at night until they turned off

Booked the lower presidential suite was very comfortable and amazing views to the west

The property was all class

We stayed here for the True Grit weekend and basically do every year. The staff are wonderful and very kind and its a nice place to lay your head for the night.

Don't expect newly renovated rooms, we had to move rooms because the spa didn't work. The tap was coming out of the wall, it could definitely use some upkeep. First time we tried the $40 per person buffet and there wasn't much variety. It is freezing even with the temperature control on the hottest setting. You can also hear throughout the building when anyone starts up their hot tub. Say goodbye to any internet connection, even on their own TVs. I'm unsure if the place doesn't make a lot of money or if they just aren't investing back into the facilities.
