Beautiful setting.

This is purely and Instagram hotel, it looks nice in pictures but the experience doesn't live up to the visual. You can't pair two star service with three star facilities and a five star room to get a five star hotel. Located truly in the middle of nowhere. You will have to take 75 minute taxi to palma anytime you want to go to a restaurant, go on a charter, or go out. Pools are not heated so they are beautiful to look at but are 16 - 18 degrees in May. If you ask staff for help booking a charter, horseback riding, babysitting, or other activities expect one word answers or response with a bunch of forms or homework for you to complete yourself. If I am staying at a five star resort I expect a concierge service that will accommodate my requests, not provide me the results of a Google search. Additionally one of the main reasons we booked was to go to devoro but they somehow couldn't fit us in (even though we were told we were on waiting list) in five nights at the hotel. Don't keep the restaurant which is the reason for visiting closed on one of the days of the weekend. Food in Balearic restaurant is extremely average but priced as if it is Michelin one star. The whole place has the feel of a movie set because because you are really in the middle of nowhere are it's a bit empty (which would not be bad if the pools weren't freezing and they were completely unable to accommodate any requests to book activities). I have to repeat a line from another review because it really rings true "this place is as far from five stars as it is from Palma". We were truly considering leaving after the first day. Definitely not a place to bring a child under 4 because there are absolutely no activities and they don't have any childcare services (we had to contract babysitter service using form they gave us which was extremely inflexible).

The facilities are exceptional

I liked the staff especially housecleaning they were on it. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We didn’t use the facilities or eat at any of the dining.

The WiFi didn’t work, the location was very remote and can be incovenient, wish the spa was easier to book like an online system, the iPad in the room was finnicky, the shuttle they claimed to have was not in service.

Comfortable place, clean, great staff, good food, Name it, all if the above

No beach

The services provided from the resort is exceptional, they even can arrange for you rental car to pick up from the resort and return it back for couple of days if you want with free valet parking as well as free breakfast every morning

Little bit far from some city’s in the island but i found it not big issue as we loved driving around the island.
