The owners had thought of everything to make things comfortable and homely.

We missed the big sky views that we had where we usually stay in Gibbston Valley.

The location was idilic, lovely just out of town and very tranquil to wake up to in the morning to begin another busy day.

Stunning cottage, equipped and furnished to a high standard

Spacious, comfortable Fire was ready to go - and very well done. One match and it was fine. (had a very cold day; snowed on nearby mountains).

Beautiful 5 night stay in the cottage for our family summer holiday. The cottage was spotless, had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of 4. All the facilities and amenities were of top quality. Super comfy beds and sofa. Ali was very welcoming and we loved the bottle of wine and milk upon arrival! The cottage was very peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown centre. Our children loved spotting all the bunnies around the cottage and the rooster! Highly recommend!

The location was lovely, the house and facilities were lovely. Ali was great and very accommodating

a few minor things eg, the shower drain was blocked, there was no outdoor table, we needed more knives and the plates were a bit big for the dishwasher

The property was warm and inviting. I could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay. Our host Ali also left some milk in the fridge which was so helpful on arrival.

Nice and tidy. The host had fireplace ready to just light up. Beautiful surroundings to walk around.

Situated in the beautiful Gibbston Valley. Surrounded by stunning landscapes. Private well equipped very comfortable we were able to completely relax but the Retreat was still very close to wineries Arrowtown Queenstown. We had a fabulous stay Thankyou

Loved the location. Nice and quite. The loft was beautiful. Easy access to Queenstown, Arrowtown and plenty of vineyards. Would book again if I ever travel that way again.

Property is exceptionally clean and well equipped. Ali answered all queries quickly and was very accommodating about an earlier check in time. The views from the house are amazing. We would definitely recommend Judge and Jury as a place to spend a relaxing few days.

We love the peaceful environment of this beautiful place but at the same time it's so handy to Queenstown, Arrowtown, Cromwell etc. Very comfortable beds too!

Lovely stay over Christmas. Well appointed cottage very peaceful. Nice Christmas touches in the cottage upon our arrival.

We were blessed with lovely weathet, so more outdoor furniture would have been appreciated, eg no outddor dining table.
