I liked the location and the balcony was beautiful and also the kitchen was good
First of all, it was not clean. The housekeeping did a horrible job we had bugs in the kitchen. I had to clean all the bugs and in the balcony there was cigarettes under the benches, and the balcony was not clean. Also, there was smudges o inthe main bedroom on the bed. I think it was blood. Someone got their period and the housekeeping did not clean properly after them and also the sofa in the living room had food between the couches

Πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ήταν στο κέντρο πολύ κοντά στο τρένο καταστήματα τριγύρω ο ιδιοκτήτης άψογος το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα

The location is very convenient, close to the metro station and some local restaurants, and walk to the archeological museum and a large green park. The apartment is spacious, with fully equipped kitchen (I did not do any cooking, but there is stove, a microwave, kettle and a dishwater), Most convenient is a washing machine and a large terrace to let the clothes dry out. The TV worked fine, but the Wifi was sometimes a little bit slow. (I could not talk with the owner because he was sick during my stay, but he seemed very friendly and useful over the phone)
Some electrical wall sockets were a little bit loose. OK for an adult, but you must be careful with small children.
