Would have preferred if there had been the option of having some kind of breakfast as we were off on an early ferry to Mull.

The whole villa was adorable and our rooms were incredibly comfortable. Great location in Oban, we were able to walk everywhere once we arrived and the staff were incredibly kind and eager to give recommendations.

Location was perfect; had parking available; good value for your money and as a bonus the proprietor had a continental breakfast for you in your room as there wasn’t breakfast offered in the website; host was very friendly and gave you good advise on the town of Oban.

Location was good. Room was small but clean. And they provided some muffins and water

Too small.....stairs was small it was hard to bring the suitcase up.

It was well located, clean and well equipped. The owner met us and gave us useful information.

It would have been nice if they did breakfast, but we knew in advance that they didn't, so that's not a complaint.

The owner was friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom small but adequate but with nowhere to put one's toiletries, and as with all properties we've stayed in in Ireland and Scotland, the duvets are too warm and the rooms overheated in the mornings, and as at this property, the window could not be fully opened to cool the room a little. Two muffins, an orange and a green apple were left as breakfast provisions.

The fruit, yogurt and cakes was a lovely surprise.

Lovely comfy and clean room for a brief visit to Oban to catch the ferry the next morning. Host very friendly and lots of nice snacks in the room!

The Adelphi Villa Guest House was just a short walk from the town on a quiet but hilly street. I did use a taxi to get to it on arrival for convenience and that had to use the one-way system but it only took a few minutes & I was able to walk into the town in 5 minutes. The Hosts were very friendly, with a warm welcome. The room was very well appointed with very good quality furnishings and full en-suite. Perfect for what I needed. There was a small fridge with fresh milk, yoghurts, water and juices. There were also several snacks and fruit provided. Although there was no breakfast provided, all the snacks would keep you going till you get out into the town where there are plenty of places to eat. The Adelphi also has extra security provided with CCTV and I was able to leave my case and collect it when I was ready to leave, which was very useful and appreciated as my case was rather heavy to drag around with me for the morning till I caught the train. Will definitely stay here again!

As far as I am concerned, there is nothing wrong with the Adelphi Villa. It suited my needs perfectly.

The room was spotless and we had a good night sleep it was so quiet and only a short 3 minute walk into town. Only thing to remember is they don't do breakfast but there's plenty of places near by to get breakfast. How a guest house should be run brilliant 👍

Warm welcome, good size room, comfy bed and pillows, good shower, quiet.

Didn't dislike anything. Been other places where they supply a small 'breakfast' in the room which we're fine with. Thought what we were given was minimal but it was nicely presented and wouldn't stop us going there again.

Everything about the place was first class, I would certainly recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The host George was great, gave us good recommendations for restaurants and what to see! The place was close to the Main Street and the room was comfortable and clean. we would stay again.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. There was parking arranged in avvance. Communication was good. I appreciated fresh milk and fruit in the room. It was quiet and the bed was comfy.
