It was fine as a location. Place is ideal to visit Blue Eye and Grunyas waterfalls. Parking on site was convenient.

Rooms were cold with NO air-conditioning or heaters. Room furniture limited only to open shelves but no wardrobe to hang clothes. No shower cubicle but water falls on room floor which gets slippery and dangerous. No black out curtains, which means that as soon as sun is up, light comes in so you cannot sleep in. Place has No facilities. No restaurant on site. Nothing to occupy oneself in the evening. Very bad and unreliable WiFi and electricity service but I understand that this is a national issue, throughout Albania. Breakfast somewhat limited but otherwise ok. We had to ask for coffee as none available at table. Only strong Albanian coffee available. Also, one of the washhand basins was broken and dangerous. Host claimed it was broken a couple of days earlier. Overall, slightly dissatisfied but host tries hard. Lastly property does not offer Credit Card payment but only cash. Since we could not withdraw Euros from the ATM, we had to pay in LEK so we advise people to have Euros in notes.

We were greeted right away, the location was beautiful, the rooms had everything you needed and the breakfasts were amazing!! Loved everything.

Die Lage war sehr gut, etwas ruhiger als im nördlichen Theth und in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Wanderungen. Die Betten waren bequem und es war sauber.

Booking gibt an, dass es Frühstücksoptionen gibt (kontinental, vegan, veggie). Das war bei uns nicht der Fall. Es gab nur eine Option, die auch schon aufgedeckt war. Die Unterkunft war sehr hellhörig, das hat uns zwar nicht gestört, aber man sollte Ohrstöpsel dabei haben.

No power in our room which the owner advised does happen everywhere. Our bathroom smelt awful each morning.
