The location was excellent & very convenient to grocery stores, the train station, & street cars. The building has been beautifully restored & was the cleanest place we’ve stayed so far. There was even a nice welcome gift for us. Photos very adequately depicted the apartment.

There is no one to help & check-in was a pain in the ass!!! Communication with the property (robots?) was inefficient & impersonal.

Everything was just amazing, the little welcome gifts, the scentless clean sheets, the basket on the kitchen table with some coffee capsules and tea bags. The apartment was impeccably clean. It felt really like home...

It took us some time to figure out how to open the entrance door to the building, but finally we managed that.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt sbhan. Everything was perfect. Spacious & clean with anything you would require for your stay.

The spacious living room was great and so was the location.

# the whole check in process was weary, # some of the stuff was unprofessional- after making sure that the apartment is babies and elderly appropriate we found out there isn't any elevator and had to be assigned to a different apartment 😳. # we booked an apartment and eventually ended up with a different one so there wasn't a baby bed at the place.

Climbing the stairs! and you had to watch not to bump your head. and only 1 television.

Wi Fi is not

I loved how much space we had, the bathtub and shower and that the kitchen had everything we needed, even olive oil and balsamic vinegar :). I also love that there was a laundry facility and the location that allowed for easy access to the airport even with our very early morning flights.

That the rain shower didn't work and that I couldn't figure our how to open the shower plug in more so that the shower would drain better.

the clean beds

wifi not working and living room tv was not functioning. only one light in the living room and dining chairs was ALL worn out!

The location was great. The water was hot and the layout was perfect for our family.

The lights in one bedroom and small bathroom weren't working. The internet for the room wasn't working. Our devices would connect but didn't have internet.

Wonderful apartments. Close to the center.

It was a quest to open the apartments. It took almost an hour to open.

The size of the apartment was great, also two bathrooms one with shower and one with bathtub. The kitchen and living room also great. If you like really soft mattresses we will sleep well.

As written, the mattress was to soft for me. One sofa in the living room was full of stains and need a deeper cleaning. One of the pillows had lipsticks slide left.

This rental apartment provided exactly what we needed- space for everyone in a beautiful period home. Linen and toiletries, towels and laundry facilities were all provided. This was the highlight of our three week Germany trip- honestly! Just a mere few minutes from the station- Neustadt- our ICE stopped there- just check your train stop schedule. We walked to the Alstadt from the apartment. Shopping complex just over the road- Aldi, Edeka etc. DDR museum across the road.

We would have liked a chopping board and casseroles to cook food in the oven- otherwise all was good.

I booked the 1 bedroom apartment at the attic. Location of the accom was great! Just opposite a large supermarket (2 actually ! - Aldi and simmel) and tram stops all around. There was no elevator so we had to lug our bags up but that was a minor point. Apartment was spacious. Being in the attic, the ceiling can be a bit Low for individuals who are tall.. you may hit your head!. The Bathroom was divine and SO BIG! I was surprised there were 2 bedrooms =) and both of them were spacious as well! I requested for a fan as there is no air conditioning and that was provided as well. The apartment was clean, BUT, i found a few hair strands on the sheets….. I was told there will not be parking on site but there is a little area for you to stop your car and unload your luggage… you just can’t park there for long. WIFI worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Room was also quiet if you kept the windows shut. Pleasant stay, will recommend!
