The people were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. We have stayed at a number of places, including hotels on our trip in Spain. This stay has been the best in my opinion. The best sleep and rest we have had on our trip. I would recommend it highly.

The room was small although comfortable, the location was good and it was quiet. The room came with a fan and windows to open which was amazing. Although we didn’t meet any staff the communication was efficient. The small kitchen was helpful and it was worth the money.

Excellent value on the Camino del Norte. Very clean, quiet and centrally located. Microwave and fridge-freezer for common use are a nice plus.

Overall nothing

Possibly the best value, spotlessly clean and comfortable room on the Camino! Every detail considered and I’d return like a shot. Shared bathrooms were clean, never a problem with privacy or waiting for bathrooms. Very easy WhatsApp checking in system.

Excellent location. Rebecca is very friendly and welcoming. Room was very large and had lots of windows to let a breeze in. There are several washrooms and showers to use. The lounge and area with fridge, microwave, toaster is helpful. Price is great

If you are driving, finding parking in Santoña can be a nightmare. Try driving north away from the sea and hotel to find a place and walking back. At least all parking was free. The room is a good location, but right beside the main road. It is very, very noisy.

It was cheap and faitly clean. It's a good place to crash for one night or weekend but woudn't be comfortable for a longer stay.

Too hot in the rooms and no way to get any air moving. It was very noisy outside.

An absolute bargain in the centre of town. I think I paid 70€ for 2 nights over a weekend at the start of August. Very central location walkable to everything and very clean.

It's not really the owner's fault, but having share bathrooms means there is a lot of noise people going in and out and opening and locking doors all the time. The family next to me had 2 young kids and they came back about 0:15, screaming kids, moving furniture, maybe 45 mins to settle down. So if you are a light sleeper like me, you may find that this affects you.

Some of the bedrooms are located above a youth club with loud music and dense cigarette smoke emanating from the open windows and doors. This went on until very late at night and resumed at 6:30 in the morning. Lots of loud arguing on the street at night. Overall and uncomfortable experience.
