BATHROOM NEEDS TO BE UPDATED AND IT S GOOD TO KNOW THAT THE APARTMENT IS AT 4TH FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR. DIDN'T KNOW BEFORE AND IT'S GOOD TO KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE TROLLEYS. BUT FOR THAT VIEW METERS AWAY FROM THE CATHEDRAL I COULD CLIMB AGAIN

Absolutely fantastic location! Stunning view over the cathedral and sea. In the centre of the old town, near to everything. All kinds of restaurants and just a short walk to the bus station. The building has a good atmosphere.

Everything was perfect for us. If you have problems walking stairs the four stairs can be a challenge. If not it is good exercise!

You definitely stay at this place for the terrace! The views from it are exceptional, we ate dinner and watched the sunset from it. It was special.

Inside the apartment is very basic, plenty of space but the furniture is sparse - it lacked style and comfort. We did not find it too much of an issue as we only stayed one night. There was a odd smell coming from the bathroom which every time you entered would still be lingering. It was missing simple basics such as salt and pepper and kitchen utensils etc. which made cooking dinner a more of a task than enjoyable.

This is a 400€/night terrace combined with a 50€/night appartment. Some day the renovation will be over and I will be happy to have been able to stay there for less than 400€.

The best terrace in town! Huge and with some amazing views of the Cathedral and the sea. The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable. The host waited for us as we got late to the apartment and was really kind to us. If we have the chance, we will repeat definitely!

We arrived two hours early and the hostess kindly made accommodation for us. The roof terrace is spectacular and offers shade as well as views. You rent this unit for the terrace, but there is a spectacular view out every window! We are urban folk, not beach people, so it was headquarters for exploring the hill town. The bedroom we used with double bed facing north was very quiet. The air conditioning from the living room worked well and the unit was quiet despite the ground level restaurant. We didn't really use the living room or kitchen except for chilling wine and beer for table on the terrace. After a few really brutal heat days the washing machine made everything better and the clothes dried in the beautiful sun on the line on the terrace.

Well parking in summer in Sibenik....impossible in front of the unit. We used the Marina and then the less expensive Drago Parking by the bus station- and each of those was a wait to get a space. We don't have much more than a pull-behind and back packs, so the ten minute hike across town [but a level route] from the Drago was fine. This is a fifth level unit [European '4th floor'] with no elevator so you will get your steps in. We're healthy 60-somethings and it was do-able, but take that into consideration. The bath is off an entry vestibule inside the unit, and a few stairs there too. But its Sibenik-you are here for the large urban hill town and stairs.

The location was better than we wished for. And for a family of 4 the size of the apartment was perfect. The view was magnificient and the owners are super friendly. We were there only for one night so we only used the apartment for showering and sleeping

Difficult to find a parking in front or near the apartment. Beds are not so comfortable. I would say, hang a new showercurtain because now it’s hanging on it’s nails, but hee, it was clean!

Very good view from the big balcony, which is scarcely furnished.

Parking is on the street and difficult to find an empty spot. Reservations says €10 a day, but the price is 10kn per hour. Payment is in cash (kn and not € as stated on booking.com) and no receipts received or anything. I think there’s usually a cat living in the apartment, so beware if you have allergies

Perfect location, beautiful views, spacious & clean apartament

This is the best apartment in Šibenik. The location is exceptional, not only next to the cathedral but also next to the best restaurant in Croatia and the local top bar.

Is very nice place with the great view, we regretted that our stay was so short. If you want to drink a bottle of wine in old town but far away from crowded bars is the place for you.

It would be nice to have more than just one knife ;). Also would be better if the second double bed would be in the bedroom, not in the salon.
