Gaetano was a great host. He met us at the apartment to let us in. He explained to us where to shop and eat in great spots. He was very responsive when we had requests and questions. The bed was comfortable, the location was ideal but most of all the place was CLEAN. We would recommend this apartment.

Great location and faces a quiet laneway so no issues with noise at night. Air conditioning worked great (tip: use the "super" button in the remote to get the cool air up in the loft as it can be a little warm otherwise). Bathroom was very clean and seems newly renovated. We also really enjoyed the rooftop patio, though it was a bit too warm to take full advantage.
Our host was kind and the check-in procedure was easy. No issues at all to speak of during our stay. It was a good place!
We felt the space was a bit sterile/lacked character. Also some of the paint and finishings are a bit tired, but overall to be expected in a rental property. Also, we were just a couple so two beds in the loft weren't unused. If you are planning to sleep 3+ just be aware you will all be in the loft together.
