We had some troube with the box so we video called irene and she was very nice and helpfull.

tge location was difficult for walkers to get to city center.

The apartment exceeded my expectations! A very well equipped, clean and comfortable place. Quiet neighborhood. Less than 5 minute walk to nearby Metro station.
I wish it was even closer to the city center, so I could walk the distance. Although I guess it would be fair for the owner to ask for a higher price in that case. :)

Proximity to the historic centre - only took us 20-25 minutes to walk.
The apartment was well equipped and very quiet
Host was very communicative - nothing was a problem
The bed was very hard. I did feed this back and the host will check as they are new beds.

from the moment we booked, the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. they recommended a taxi service from the airport (who was absolutely fantastic) and a detailed description including videos of how to enter. contact was perfect throughout & nothing was too much trouble. the accommodation was very clean & had everything we needed. lots of space inside & a beautiful balcony! a very short walk from the Metro (underground) which will take you everywhere in the city with ease.

I liked the apartment in general: it is very spacious, it has all necessities for your comfort and even more, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood.
I also had great communication experience with the host: Irene is very responsive, friendly, hospitable and thoughtful.
Maybe a shower curtain or a glass sliding door could be installed in the bathroom to avoid splashes. The current design does include a glass penal, but it doesn't fully separate the shower space from the rest of the bathroom. Also, the drainage system in the bathroom could be checked, since it didn't work without questions.
But these are some minor things and my propositions which didn't affect my stay. The excellence of all the stay in total much outweighed any issues.

The studio was excellent for a single or couple. Spotless and all the utensils required to dine in. 4 minutes walk to Metro and only 4 stops from the centre. Irene was great to correspond with in english and very helpful with full information on how to get there from the airport and cruise port. Highly recommended for the budget travelers who require full cooking facilities and don't need to be in the centre of town.
Nothing wrong with the location but it's not touristy if that's what you're looking for. Off the main roads so quiet enough and enough shops nearby to stock the fridge and save on takeout.

The appartment I lived in was ideal for a single traveller but it would fit also to couple. The flat is situated on the ground floor. The street and Neos Kosmos area are quiet and safe with conveniet distance to the metro station.

The location is great, only 3 metro stops to Acropolis and 200m to the metro station. It is quite spacious, very comfortable and clean, too. The neighborhood is quiet. The host is friendly and helpful.

It has everything that you need for a stay over a week. Very good location to red line metro. Nice recommendations for restaurants nearby. Irene is very helpful and attentive.
The internet wasn’t super for taking online meeting calls and the apartment is a bit dark without the lights on.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, very cozy, and with all the amenities you need. The place is nice and quiet, the metro is close. The host is very nice and always ready to help. Overall, I felt very well at the apartment.

Irene communicated very clearly and kindly before the booking making sure we knew how to get there and she was also in touch throughout to make sure everything everything going well. You could tell she really cared. The apartment was excellent, spacious, clean and with nice extra touches such as a bottle of wine. It was in a nice quiet street near the metro. I can't wait to go back!
