The staff are not helpful, not friendly, the room is full of dust, the bathroom is dirty, the drain doesn’t work properly and the worst part is the aircon that doesn’t work making the rooms ridiculous uncomfortable to stay during summer!

It’s a very nice hotel. The location is directly in the city and you find everything in walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean with everything you need.
Unfortunately the AC was not working and it was very hot this day, but the staff was very kind and understanding and we found a good solution.

Room was hot even with air conditioning cranking, breakfast was limited due to kitchen renovation apparently

Breakfast was lovely! Staff that were on for breakfast were great!
Staff that were on when we checked in were quiet rude and not very friendly.
It says 24hr room service but when we called, they just said no we don't have it.

We love the location for events at RAC Arena and close walking distance to city shopping
The price of the stay very expensive and not affordable in the price of living currently but a great location.

The hotel location is excellent with surrounding restaurant, shopping and public transport.
The hotel room always with dust even though after clean up. The morning breakfast with limited choice as we stayed for 10 days and it serve with the same food. The towel only replace upon request .

I checked in only to discover the internet did not work. The one receptionstaff tried to rectify thd issue wiith no success. Other guests could not access the internet on their mobild øhones either. I requested to check out and that was immediately agreed to and I got a full credit on thd spot.

Room was clean & well appointed.
Staff were polite but hard to reach through calls to reception (guest services) twice we rang for assistance and the phone rang out. A second chair for the room table would have also been appreciated, seeing that our booking was for two people.

Room was spacious and comfortable, however the room looked out directly at a concrete wall but that happens with city stays Bed and pillows very comfortable.
