Al día de hoy aún no me envían la factura, la pedí personalmente y también 2 veces por booking

Holes in sheets.Holes in towels.Internernet didn't work until fourth day. Towels not changed regularly. Shower didn't hold the shower head,water went everywhere.

Personal was rude. Pissed that i only speak english. Not recommending.

Terrible stay, unsafe situation for female solo traveling. It was impossible to use the shower - when you turn on the shower, it sounds creepy and water pours onto the floor, and due to the reverse slope of the floor, it immediately pours into the room. Since there is no reception at the hotel (they come for a short time only to issue the keys), I immediately called booking.com support with a request to help resolve the issue. Then booking.com called me back and said that they were unable to speak with the hotel in English, that the owner of the hotel was yelling at them and support asked me to pass on the hotel number so that they read the e-mail message they wrote. In response to my request to resolve the issue with the shower, a man came into my room (presumably the owner of the hotel, refused to give his name) and started shouting at me and wave your hands in front of my face from the threshold that these are my problems, he fu**ed booking support, I can do anything, and he won't get any problems for it. I realized that it was not safe to stay in a hotel where the staff or the owner could afford such things, and I informed them that I was leaving. I was repeatedly insulted and I am glad that it did not come to bodily harm. In any country, from any hotel, even from 1 * do not expect anything like that. I really wish that I didn’t have time to call the police so that this person would be punished. Highly do not recommend. Also, on booking at this address two hotels are indicated, and this looks like a scam, because it's actually the same hotel.

Close to beach and public transport.

Bathroom light did not work. Was fixed on request. Bathroom had open drain smell. Shower head holder had no adjustment so shower prayed sideways. Very hard to stop shower water leaking onto floor and into bedroom. Shower mixer was rusty. Toilet seat lid did not go back far enough, cistern lid damaged. Bathroom window damaged. Bathroom door frame coming away at bottom. No bath mat to soak up spillage creatinga slip hazard. Requested bath mat, did not appear. Towels were usually non-absorbent excpet on one day. Floor of wardrobe smelled of dirty feet. Matress was not comfortable, needs replaced, was narrower than the bed frame. Toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. reported it, but not fixed. General lack of maintenance, evidence of wear and tear that could easily be fixed. No waste bin in bedroom, just very small one in bathroom. On flight path to BCN so lots of plane noise. Had a small TV (didn't use), Wi-Fi and an air conditioner (didn't use) but otherwise this was the bare minimum, not even a picture on the wall. I would not come back here unless there was nothign else available.

The room is basic, but serves a tourist's needs for some days at the beach. The personel was nice to us.

No real issues, everything was as we expect.
