Roma Veneto Relais

Alfonso kindly helped us with some of our issues, it was very nice:) Breakfast was very good, everything what you need to start the day. The room was clean, calm, AC worked well. Great location, not far away from Undergrounds and Trevi Fountain. And the street where the hotel is located is very quiet.

Accomodation was well located. We walked from the main train station, it was about a kilometre. The area is very nice. We felt very safe. The room was excellent. It was very clean. The host was very easy to communicate with as they gave us easy to follow instructions to enter the property. We will come back to this place.

It was clean , it has good and kind stuff.

Nothing

The location is quite central and convenient. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and responsive whenever we had concerns. They tried their best to assist us during our stay, which we appreciated. They also maintain the cleanliness of the room.

On our first night, the room did not have a proper shower holder, which made showering very inconvenient. The “jacuzzi” was actually just a bathtub and could only fit one person, so it’s not suitable for couples. The air conditioning was not working throughout our stay — we were told we could only use the heating, which was frustrating. Even after being moved to another room after two nights, the air conditioning still did not work, and the jacuzzi was again only suitable for one person. The neighborhood was quite noisy, and the rooms are not soundproof. We did not get quality sleep during our stay. At one point, I was speaking to my mom in a normal voice (not shouting), and someone from another room knocked and asked me to lower my voice, which was surprising and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I would not recommend this property.
