The Kayon Valley Resort

Wow, this hotel is absolutely stunning, it’s fairly new and looks immaculately clean and well decorated. The staff give us the most exceptional hospitality and customer care, and couldn’t do enough for us, they are a real credit to the hotel. Our room was beautiful with a private pool with views over the jungle. We had a private movie night arranged that was setup outside our villa with dinner and cocktails too, so romantic with memories that’ll last forever. Wonderful stay, I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you, to everyone at Kayon Valley Resort for making our trip perfect.

The hotel is nested in the middle of the jungle, it’s so beautiful! The rooms are very clean and well decorated. The personal is really helpful and super nice. The breakfast is AMAZING!!

The pool in our room was cold, which would be fine if it’s sunny but unfortunately we had clouds during our stay so we didn’t enjoy the pool as much. And the location makes you drive through the main road of Ubud, which is often very jammed.

Very beautiful and peaceful hotel, very amazing food and we must highlight the professionality, friendliness and warmth of the entire team, specially Gedé and Yogi! We will definitely come back to this wonderful and charming hotel!

Valley location secures unbeatable views

Overall villa desing was very wrong, in door area extremely small. Overall details from decor to attitude of staff was very mediocre. The hotel felt like a 2-3star property. No quality in details. There was an overall pushy attitude to sell additional services. Some staff members are trying to make too much non sense small talk. To me this hotel looked super tacky and badly maintained.
