Sehr gute Lage. Das Hotel ist sauber und dass Personal is sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bei meinem Zimmer war der Safe und der TV defekt. Und im Badezimmer war ein loch in der Decke von der dusche.

Le uniche due cose positive di questo hotel sono: la posizione ed un ragazzo (non ricordo il nome) che é alla reception, il resto da dimenticare totalmente! L’hotel é situato vicino alla Moschea Blu, centro storico di Instabul, ma sicuramente non il luogo ideale per poter soggiornare (a mio avviso). La colazione é scarsa e molto deludente, se si arriva tardi si rischia di non trovare più nulla. Il ristorante dove si fa la colazione alza enormemente i prezzi quando vede dei turisti (polli da spellare), una rakia singola ci é venuta a costare 6 euro ed una doppia rakia ben 12 euro!

Personalul de nota 10 si foarte amabil si saritor.

Camerele foarte murdare, am avut 3 camere rezervate, una doubla care a fost extrem de mica si plina de praf, am gasit un test covid, o alta camera twin in loc de paturi avea cate 2 saltele suprapuse pline de mucegai, iar baile pline de mizerie. Iar micul dejun este foarte saracacios

I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel, the staff being really friendly and helpful with the suggestions on what to visit, where to exchange money, what restaurants to go to and everything that we need. Also, the position of the hotel is really good, close to most attractions.

Well, it's not much to tell here. Sometimes it was a bit noisy, but being in a central location, it's something that you would expect.

Nice little hotel,well positioned for major sites.5 min uphill walk to tram stop. Restaurants nearby. Reception staff very helpful .if you ask they will put a kettle in your room.

Rooms are a little small. Breakfast is from 8 - 10.30 but starts to run out by 10.00.

All location is perfect Hotel is clean and very friendly stuff 👌 Everyone was polite and helpful. We was 6 days and every day they doing cleaning We spend here amazing time, defo will back again We are not first time in Istanbul visit many hotels but this is special atmosphere 👌 🙌 ❤️ U feeling like a home 🏡

I was really happy to stay for 3 nights at this hotel. The location is within a walking distance from the main attractions of the old part of Istanbul. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially the gentleman at the reception was excellent in the knowledge about what to do in Istanbul and arranging for various good tour options like Bosphorus boat cruise. He even called a taxi for us to the airport at a very good negotiated price.

The bed had sank in was not comfortable to sleep on.

1. The staff is excellent. They are super polite and cooperative. They recommend you good places around and patiently listen to you if you have anything to say. They called for taxi upon asking. 2. The breakfast is amazing. It has variety and everything tastes good and fresh. If you are the first on breakfast table then you are in for hot treat. Bread is freshly baked i guess because it just feels and tastes so good. 3. Location is excellent. As it is literally 5 minutes walk from Blue mosque and 10 minute walk from Top Kapi palace and Aya Sofya. The walk is also not at all boring. You’ll get the Turkish Bazar vibes along the way. This hotel is surrounded by excellent hotels so one should not be worried about the lunch and dinner. 4. The price per night is very reasonable given the location it has.

1. More cleaning would be nice because the bed covers have stains and room stinks of smoking. We have to open the window whole time during our stay to make it liveable.i feel sorry for the People who are staying there and ignoring the “NO SMOKING” sign. 2. We asked for fresh bed covers and they never arrived. Next day we asked the room service to change the bedding and they said “TOMORROW”.but TOMORROW we were leaving. 3. I don’t know about other rooms but the one we were staying in has no balcony. Only one window that opens into some sort of loft which has broken blocks and the window of some other room and the AC outlet. It was a sorry sight to see. 4. One table in the room has two legs because apparently it was attached to the wall but then one day we heard the noise of screeching and that table fell down. We have to fix that immediately with the wall because sharp screw were coming out of walls behind table and it was dangerous around a toddler.

Grand Naki Hotel was near the city center and metro station. Everything was near and accessible within few minutes walk. The staff was helpful and friendly all the time. The breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were always clean.

The rooms are somehow small but very good for the value that you pay.

The location was excellent even though the area is not that great. The breakfast is scrumptious and the coffee delicious. The staff at reception was very helpful and accommodating. They made all the necessary arrangments for transfers and the changing of our room.

The hotel is not that clean and the twin rooms definitely need new mattresses. The twin rooms, especially room 207 is very small with almost no space for luggage or to change your mind once you are have entered the room. The hotel can also invest in some new sizeable bed sheets. It is no fun sleeping on the bare mattress. The rooms facing the side street is very noisy with pedestrians sitting on the window sill of the hotel room window.

Lovely location, walking distance to Grand Bazaar, Haga Sofia and amenities. Staff were fabulous and helpful Breakfast was plentiful and varied

The hotel is very central, walking distance to most attractions in the old town. The room was really clean. The main staff is very helpful and gave lots of advice and recommendations on what to do in Istanbul. Most staffs are very friendly.

A male hotel staff messaged me on WhatsApp at 10pm asking if I would like to go out with him, which made me feel very uncomfortable as a single female traveller. Although whenI reflect this situation to the main person running the hotel, they were apologetic. The street outside the room is loud at night. No water/tea/kettle provided in the room.

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Naki very much! The location was amazing, near the tram stop and walking distance to a lot of popular places. The staff was exceptional. Very kind, friendly and helpful. The gave us great advices and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you all for everything it was amazing. When we return to Istanbul, we will stay here again. Special thanks to Ali kardeş :))

Location was perfect. Within few walking minutes to all attractions and Grand Bazzar

Rooms very small. Shower was tiny to the point it is difficult for medium size man to take shower without bumping his elbows in the shower walls

the location is perfect. near grand bazaar , hague sophia and blue mosque.

the bed was hard, pillows were clumpy . No adequate comforter only a thin blanket so you need to adjust the aircon in the middle of the night. the cleaning ladies (blue uniform) uses their hands to get food from the bfast buffet. 😫 their only saving grace was Ali ( their 24/7 ever reliable staff).

over all a good hotel but as an advisory note for hotel too, a few points. If you are visiting in summer months , the air conditioning and fridge switches off when you leave the room. if you leave the electrics card in, housekeeping would remove it. you come back to hot rooms! no kettle or water in the room. toilet doors were frosted glass! breakfast was too simple.
