Beautiful and comfortable apartment near Piazza Stefano

All was great!! However, It's best to have vaparetto tickets in hand for the San Samuele vaparetto stop. There is no place to buy a ticket and the tap and pay didn't work. So be prepared in advance.

The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and a grocery store. The rooms were spacious, and each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, making it very comfortable for our group. Overall, the apartment was perfect for all of us, and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the middle of summer, and while the accommodation had many positive aspects, the air conditioning was not sufficient to keep the room comfortably cool during the hottest days. As a result, it was a bit difficult to sleep at night. We hope this can be improved, as it would make the stay much more comfortable for future guests.

Το σπίτι ήταν όμορφο , μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα σε στάση του βαπορέττο. Η κυρία Αριάννα που μας συνάντησε να μας παραδώσει τα κέιδιά εξυπηρετικότατή, χαμογελαστή και πρόθυμή να αμας εξυπηρετήσει και να μας κατευθύνει.

Το σπίτί ειχέ 4 δωμάτια. Αυτό που βρισκόταν στν κάτω όροφο μύριε λίγο υγρασία , λογικό σε ένα βαθμο για τα δεδομένα της περιοχής αλλά θα μπορούσάν να χρησιμοποιήσουν κάποιον αφρυγραντήρα και αρωματικό. Τα κλιματιστικά των 2 από τα 3 δωμάτια που υπηρχαν στον πάνω όροφο δεν δουλευάν. Στο πρώτο δωμάτιο έκανε πολύ φασαρία, δεν μπορούσαμε να το κλείσουμε και δεν έπιανε σωστή θερμοκρασία με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχει δροσιά. Στο άλλο δωμάτιο την δεύτερη ημέρα δεν άνοιγε με αποτέσμα να κρατήσουμε τις πόρτες ανοιχτές για να ερχεται δροσια από το χολ. Τέλος άν και είναι ένα όμορφο κατάλυμα με πολύ καλή τοποθεσία πιστεύω πως η τιμή του ήταν ιδιαίτερα ανεβασμένη.

The property had plenty of room for our family of 7. We liked the location.

We spent two nights in the apartment. Our one full day that we had there, power was off from about 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. We noticed signs had been posted around the neighborhood yet nobody had told us that we would have no power to make coffee, cook food, get ready for the day, etc. Also, the air conditioning units in a few of the spaces hardly cooled. They were more like fans. One of the showers has the nozzle pointed right at the shower curtain, which doesn’t hold water in, so there was water everywhere. We didn’t use that shower again.
