The apartment is well equipped, with everything you need. It is clean, spacious, and well located, with a grocery store very close by. We greatly appreciated that the host met us at the bus station and guided us to the apartment. There was coffee, sugar, and other essentials provided.

As other guests have mentioned, there was not enough toilet paper (only one roll for six days), and only liquid hand soap was available—there was no shower gel or shampoo. The street below the windows is quite noisy, and there was also a party nearby one evening. This may be unpleasant for light sleepers, as it was for us. For other guests, however, it might not be an issue at all. The small single bed is quite firm, unlike the double bed, which is very comfortable.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment. In the San Polo area of Venice with lots of cafes shops bars and restaurants close by. Some noise at night but not too bad ( we were there over the weekend, there were some hen do's) Anne the host friendly, informative, good communicator and best of all sheet us at the station and walked us to the apartment. This is a massive plus as there are no actual addresses in Venice, just areas and door numbers. Google maps works mostly but we would have really struggled to start with.

Was chilly at night but at the end we found extra fleece covers for the bed! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Location - excellent. The owners - go over and above to make your stay special. Apartment - plenty of room, airy and lots of equipment. Great restaurants nearby which is great after a long day out. Lovely shower.

Maybe a modern, small coffee maker? (There is a filter coffee machine there.)

The location of the apartment is great. The size of the apartment is good. Nicoletta, who is the friend of the owner, picked us up from the station and walked with us to the apartment. She was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The apartment has all the equipment that you need for a few days stay. Some biscuits and milk were in the apartment.

The windows are very thin; we heard loud voices from outside every night. The place could do a bit better with the dust cleaning. A big piece of wall and paint was missing by the single bed in the living room; it gave not a very nice impression. We were disappointed that the wine was not there as stated in the description. Especially since it was my dad's birthday. The toiletries were not there; the only thing we had was the hand wash on the sink. Also, we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper provided by the owner for 3 people for 3 nights, which wasn't enough. If you like to watch TV (not in our case), there is but very little. It's worth being aware that in Venice, when you rent the apartment, you are responsible for throwing out the rubbish. They collect different types of rubbish every day, and you need to look for a place to leave it (as per the instruction and map left in the apartment).
